Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions apply to quotations, supply, and installation services provided by Eastern Flooring Solutions from our showroom at 2/65–71 Heatherdale Road, Ringwood VIC 3134.

1. Quotations & Site Measures

Written quotations are prepared following an on-site measure and initial visual subfloor inspection. Each quotation specifies the selected flooring product, installation scope, and any separately itemised subfloor preparation, moisture protection, or uplift and disposal of existing floor coverings.

2. Subfloor Preparation

Additional subfloor levelling, grinding, moisture barriers, or structural repairs identified once existing floor coverings are lifted are discussed and quoted before work proceeds.

3. Scheduling & Warranties

Installation dates are scheduled upon quote acceptance and product availability. Products carry their respective manufacturer warranties, and installation workmanship is warranted by Eastern Flooring Solutions.
