What an amazing service we received with Eastern Flooring Solutions. I was in desperate need to find a new carpet and quickly after another carpet company messed up our order. With the paint already half on the walls of our newly renovated home the pressure was on to find a suitable carpet in colour and texture that was available to be laid before Christmas. When I frantically walked into their showroom I was greeted by Michelle who displayed great enthusiasm and knowledge of the various carpets they sold and provided many samples for me to take home. It was miraculous what this dynamic duo of Tony and Michelle achieved. Not only did they do a site measure over a long weekend, but they then managed to get our chosen carpet delivered within 2 days. The massive roll of carpet needed to be delivered prior to the balustrade installation on our staircase. Price was also cheaper by $400 and they somehow squeezed our carpet installation in when they were already booked. Tony is a gun when it comes to laying the carpet and takes great pride in ensuring the finished job is an excellent one. There was no end to what this duo would do for customer service. We are thrilled with our carpet and the amazing efforts you demonstrated. We would not hesitate to recommend you to our family and friends.
