At Eastern Flooring Solutions, we supply and install flooring across Melbourne from our Ringwood showroom. This policy outlines your rights and our obligations regarding returns, repairs, and refunds under the Australian Consumer Law.
1. Your Rights Under Australian Consumer Law
Under the Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to a replacement, repair, or refund if a product we supply is:
- Faulty or defective
- Not fit for its intended purpose
- Not as described or does not match the sample shown to you
2. Custom Orders & Change of Mind
Because flooring materials are ordered to the measurements and specifications of your project, please choose carefully as we generally cannot offer refunds for change of mind once materials have been cut, delivered, or installed.
3. Installation & Manufacturer Warranties
All installations carried out by Eastern Flooring Solutions are covered by our workmanship warranty alongside the applicable manufacturer product warranty. If an issue arises after installation, contact Eastern Flooring Solutions first and we will inspect and coordinate the resolution.
