Which carpet fibre is best: wool, nylon or polyester?
It depends on the room and the budget. Wool is resilient and often chosen for bedrooms and formal living. Nylon is a durable option for busier rooms. Polyester is often the more affordable choice for lower-traffic rooms. We’ll recommend a fibre during the measure.
Will carpet make a room warmer and quieter?

Is carpet a good choice with pets or young children?

Can carpet be installed over an existing hard floor?
A clean, dry, sound and sufficiently smooth substrate gives the best result. Preparation is quoted separately where the existing surface is not suitable.
Do you remove old flooring?
Removal and disposal are quoted by flooring type and may exclude asbestos-containing materials, contaminated materials or unforeseen substrates.
What's covered under warranty?
Contact EFS first and we will assess the issue, coordinate the appropriate inspection and explain the applicable product or workmanship warranty process. Manufacturer warranties vary by product and are subject to their published terms.
