Can laminate go in kitchens?
Standard laminate is not recommended for bathrooms, laundries or continuously damp areas. Some ranges offer better spill resistance for kitchens. We’ll point you to a product that matches the room, and wet-area use follows the manufacturer’s instructions.
What does an AC rating mean?
It is a wear classification for scratch and traffic resistance. We’ll match the rating to how the room is used rather than defaulting to the highest number.
Is laminate a good choice for rental properties?

Can laminate be installed over existing tiles or floorboards?
Only when the surface is suitable. Movement, lippage and texture can affect a floating floor and may require preparation, which is quoted separately.
